Sometimes I can get quite agitated providing technical support to family members. To anyone hearing me speak to them over the phone, you’d think I was tearing them a new one!
I was once providing some technical support to my Mom while I was at work. All my co-workers jaws hit the floor while I was on the call.
While I love my Mom, sometimes it can be frustrating. I’m sure we’ve all been there.
