It’s a proven scientific fact that workers who work more than 8 hours per day are less productive and tend to make more mistakes. Going past the 12 hour mark, workers become even counter-productive.

For the last two weeks, I’ve been putting in 12-16 hour days at work trying to complete an office move. It didn’t go seamlessly, but at least the bugs were worked out.

Now I have the next week off as time off in lieu for all of the overtime I’ve put in. Yay!
